Coogee

For the Coogee project, we transformed the home into a modern oasis while preserving its distinctive charm. We added an additional story and a garage with suspended slabs, expanding the living space to suit contemporary needs.

The project also included a seamless extension, a beautifully renovated pool, and a spacious entertaining balcony, perfect for coastal living. Inside, we upgraded the home with new flooring and luxurious heated bathroom floors, enhancing comfort and style. Throughout the renovation, we carefully retained the front facade, ensuring that the home’s original character remains a prominent feature amidst the modern updates.
