Comprehensive transformation of an existing dwelling centred on a second storey addition and full structural rebuild. After strip-out, inadequate existing footings required new substructure and timber and steel reconstruction. Designed for coastal conditions, the finished home maximises light, ventilation and outlooks through large-format openings, raised ceilings and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions.
